<p style="MARGIN-LEFT: 61.5pt; TEXT-INDENT: -36.75pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 20.25pt;">宗义:净土有报化二种。「报净土」是应佛因地发愿修行,果报圆满而感得之清净庄严、真实无漏之国土境界,为佛本身所居境界,在种种净土中属于最高等最胜妙之净土。「化净土」为佛应众生根机所方便化现之净土,并非真实无漏,乃是次等之净土。一般认为凡夫只能往生最底等之化净土<span lang="EN-US">——</span>凡圣同居土,只有登地以上之大菩萨才能往生报净土,但善导大师指出:阿弥陀佛之极乐净土,在十方诸佛报土中,无伦无比,最超最胜。而此报土,凡夫也能同大菩萨一样平等往生,这是因为凡夫称佛名号,顺彼佛本愿,乘彼佛愿力之故<b>。<span lang="EN-US"><br/></span></b><span lang="EN-US">
                </span>最下凡夫,得生最上报土,完全是乘托阿弥陀佛大愿业力,丝毫不是自己修行之力。如跛夫一日万里,完全是乘托飞机之力。既然如此,入净土宗则不论个人修行之深浅、功德之大小、罪障之多少,只论是否信受弥陀救度、是否称念弥陀佛名;信者得生,不信不生。<span lang="EN-US"><br/>
                </span>乘托弥陀愿力之方法即是称名,这也是因为称名是弥陀本愿之行故。善导大师解释第十八愿说:「若我成佛,十方众生,称我名字,下至十声,乘我愿力,若不生者,不取正觉。」<span lang="EN-US"><br/></span>「本愿」是弥陀救度之原理,「称名」是弥陀救度之方法,「凡夫」是弥陀救度之对象,「入报」是弥陀救度之目标。因为「本愿称名」,所以「凡夫入报」。<span lang="EN-US"><br/></span>人间之十善十恶,自罪福来看差别很大;法界之三圣六凡,从生死来说缚脱迥别。然而,若乘托弥陀愿力,一切差别皆泯,五乘齐入报土。不论善恶,不分凡圣,同称佛名,同乘佛愿,同生报土,同成佛道;因齐果齐。</p>
